I can better recognise when my ‘child-self’ takes over. This has been really useful as it has improved my relationships at home and at work. I have also been able to learn how to take breaks and input self-care as this was something I found very hard as a perfectionist and someone with ADHD.
I find most issues are best worked with psychologically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, so I offer my therapies in combination according to the needs of the client. You will choose what therapies you prefer. I am happy to work face-to-face or online. I offer an initial 20-minute chat for free online.
Therapy usually takes place for 50 minutes per week (either face-to-face or on Zoom) and I generally work long-term with people, though sometimes I will offer fortnightly sessions or we do intensives (see below).
Services
- Holistic Therapy (any therapy I offer as needed, combined). £90 per 50-minutes session.
- Jungian Psychotherapy – Depth Psychology. Usually longer term deep exploration of your psyche and reasons for existence. £90 per 50-minutes session.
- Trauma Therapy – Recovery from Childhood Trauma (often including any type of abuse, narcissism) and Ancestral Trauma. £90 per 50-minutes session.
- Intuitive Coaching – Soul Work – Connecting to your own spirituality. £90 per 50 minute session.
- Healing/Reiki – A deeply relaxing connection to your own presence/body and the numinous. £70 per 50-minute session

Intensive Therapy
Some people find that attending weekly therapy sessions are hard for them. Perhaps you are a busy executive who can’t put the ‘brain space’ aside each week for a therapy session (and the subsequent ‘processing’ afterwards), or perhaps you need to complete a lot of sessions in a short time. Maybe you need face-to-face sessions but live too far away from me to come weekly?
Then maybe an ‘intensive’ would work well for you where you attend sessions daily for a week or two.
This has proved to be a powerful way of working on some deep-seated issues where they can be explored without risk of losing continuity and your full focus can stay on the therapeutic process.
I don’t guarantee that this will resolve all your issues in one go, however it can enable you to access therapy if once or twice a week does not suit.
You can have an intensive whenever you feel it would be helpful for you.
Please speak to me if you would like to explore this.

I especially enjoyed the two weeks where I received therapy every day of the working week. If I hadn’t had this intensive course I think I would have been in therapy for considerably longer and possibly would not have reached the point where I feel as connected with myself as I do now. Coming to therapy daily helped me go far deeper than I had done before in my weekly sessions and I felt deeply connected with the process. I couldn’t believe the changes that occurred in me in just those two weeks and how much I got to know myself in that short time. I benefitted so much from being able to have daily sessions and it was incredible to watch the change that took place day by day.
